Approval

If there are aspects of your designs or costs you would like to query or alter, please get in touch with your designer as soon as possible. If you are satisfied that all is as intended, you may approve your designs for production.

Items still to be confirmed

I have agreed with my designer that the following minor items are, as yet, to be confirmed. I understand that final decisions are needed as soon as possible and that delays may affect my installation date.

We can only allocate your place in our production queue once designs are approved AND payment is complete. Your lead time commences once both approval and payment are received.

Tick all three boxes, enter your name and sign to approve. A copy of your signed approval will be sent to you.

Thank you and congratulations on approving your designs for production.

As soon as your pre-manufacturing payment has been completed, we'll allocate your place in our queue, and get all of your materials, fixtures and fittings on order.

What's next?

From here, we'll need to zero in on your installation date. Your kitchen installation normally starts around 4 weeks before you intend to move in.

Do keep us posted on how things are progressing on site, and when installation is likely to be required.

Some major milestones to look out for

  1. Windows are in and the house is water tight. Once this is complete, the final run on the interior of the build can commence.
  2. Floor is poured. This needs to be done and drying for some weeks ahead of floor and kitchen fitting.
  3. Plasterboard slabs are in place on walls and ceiling.
  4. Flooring (tiles/wood) is on order and its delivery date is known. Normally, the flooring goes in before the cabinets, but sometimes your provider might stipulate the reverse sequence. Be sure to check with them as soon as possible and let us know.

We'll take final measurements on your site around 4 weeks before installation commences, so keep us posted on progress along the above milestones.
